For example, the ‘Learn about a Career Experience’ guide features essential questions like:

• What skills do you use daily that weren’t on the job description?
• Walk me through a typical day in the life. How much time is solo versus team-based?
• What do you like and, most importantly, NOT like about your role? (This is such an overlooked question!)

• Take or Leave Prompts: The guides are there for support. Feel free to use all the questions, use none of them, or tailor them to your unique needs, they are simply designed to help you get the best results. (Post-beta these guides will be dynamic!)
• Low Commitment Huddles: Chats are a 15-minute in-app huddle. They are not recorded, providing the psychological safety to be completely honest about “all things comfortable saying.” (If local, try taking the chat in-person! oyster x coffee shop partnerships might be coming soon…!)
